CWG Bordighera

On Tuesday 12th November, Monaco members of the RBL took part in a poignant ecumenical service at the CWG at Bordighera. Tim Morley the Nice-Monaco Standard Bearer was meticulous, the Honorary British Consul to Monaco, Eric Blair laid a wreath alongside various others. The cemetery itself contains 72 Commonwealth burials of the First World War, and 12 Austrian war graves. Group Captain Andy Calame, a member of The King’s Honorary Bodyguard and Branch member was also in attendance. Numbers continue to grow supporting this Act of Remembrance.
Remembrance Sunday 2024

The Remembrance Service at St Paul’s was well attended and a fitting tribute to both the fallen of the two World Wars and to all those men and women who have served and sacrificed in the defence of liberty and democracy.
