The Prayer Bears spread the message of love in two important ways – firstly through direct contact with the bears themselves, and secondly through the deployment of the funds raised through there sponsorship and purchase.
Donations from the Prayer Bear campaign are distributed with an ecumenical spirit to a range of Christian organisations, whether Anglican or Catholic, with a focus on direct action and support. One donation has helped local people to complete a pilgrimage to Lourdes, and we have faith that these acts of Christian kindness will bear beautiful fruit.
